My room here was great - it had everything I needed, even smoke detectors 🚭. They also had coffee/tea makers and a fridge. the location was perfect, close to Rialto Observation Deck, which was super convenient and relaxing to visit.

The hotel is a great choice in Melbourne. It is a pet-friendly venue with good food. - the location is adjacent to Southern Cross Station and a front cafe. - the room amenities include a refrigerator, coffee and tea making equipment, and a writing desk. - Excellent location.

We thoroughly enjoyed this modern hotel and had a pleasant time. the property's location was incredibly comfortable, very close to trams which we use all the time with shopping outlets and a supermarket within walking distance. - There was an attached restaurant nearby.

The location is magnificent and unbeatable, within a close distance from Docklands Stadium. What's more, it's in an extra comfy area close enough to convention centre, and everything, like public transport to crown casino to shopping.

The staff at Best Western Melbourne City were exceptionally helpful and provided excellent service. the location of the hotel is amazing, just a 10-minute walk to Docklands Stadium. My experience there was perfect, a solid 10 out of 10.

I chose your Hotel for several reasons, your location to where I needed to go (travelled by train), I was able to hop off and on the Collins Street tram to all venues I was visiting. This was really handy for me a I was a solo traveller and I felt secure with the convenience of public transport at my door.

The selling point for me that it was handy to all locations I needed to go to. My single room was well suited for me as a solo traveller, your cafe was great. I would like to see some sort of bonus (cheaper rate is I use it again).
